Creating a personalised storybook takes just a few minutes. Here's how:
Step 1 - Customise
Tell us about the child: their name, age, gender, and a little about their interests. Then pick an adventure theme and illustration style.
You can also add up to two supporting characters, like a parent, sibling, grandparent, best friend, or pet, to make the story even more special.
Step 2 - Upload a photo
Upload a clear, front-facing photo of the child (and any supporting characters). We use this to create personalised illustrations throughout the book. For best results, make sure only one person is visible in each photo.
Step 3 - See your free story preview and order
We'll create your free story preview: your story's title and summary, illustrated portraits of the characters, and three cover designs to choose from. When you're happy, choose your edition (Digital, Softcover, or Hardcover) and check out. See What's Included in the Free Story Preview?
Step 4 - Review your full book
After you order, we write and illustrate all 24 pages, and our quality team checks them. We'll email you when your book is ready, usually within 16 business hours. Open your dashboard to read every page, then approve it or request changes. If you're still not happy after the changes, you get a full refund.
Step 5 - We print and deliver
After you approve your book, we print it within 2-3 business days and deliver it to your door within 5-7 working days, with free delivery across South Africa. You'll receive tracking updates along the way.
If you ordered a printed edition (Softcover or Hardcover), you'll also get free access to the Digital Edition, which you can share with family and friends. If you chose the Digital Edition only, it's available straight away.
