After your book is generated, you'll receive a digital preview to review on your dashboard.
If something isn't right, you can request changes. We'll update the book and send it back for another review.
If you're still not satisfied after we've made the requested changes, a Request Refund button will appear on your dashboard. Click it, and your refund will be processed instantly.
When does the guarantee apply?
The money-back guarantee is available during the review process only, that is, before your book enters production. You have 24 hours to review each version of your book.
When does the guarantee no longer apply?
Once you've tapped Approve and the book has been sent to print.
If the 24-hour review window passes without a response, and the book moves into production.
Once a book enters production, it is being printed and prepared for delivery, so refunds are no longer available at that stage.
