How Do I Request a Refund?

Step-by-step instructions for requesting a full refund during the book review process.

If you've requested changes to your book and you're still not happy with the result, you can request a full refund directly from your dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Log in at toddles.ai and go to your dashboard.

  2. Open the book that's in review.

  3. After we've delivered the updated version with your requested changes, you'll see a Request Refund button.

  4. Tap the button to process your refund.

What to expect:

  • The refund is processed instantly when you tap the button.

  • The money will typically be back in your account within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank.

Please note: Refunds are only available during the review process, before the book has been approved or has entered production.
