What to do if your Toddles book arrives damaged, and how we'll arrange a free reprint.

We're sorry to hear that. While we pack every book with care, things can sometimes go wrong during transit.

If your book arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  1. Take a few photos of the damage. This helps us assess the issue and follow up with our shipping partner.

  2. Email us at [email protected] with the photos and your order details.

  3. We'll arrange a free reprint and have a new copy delivered to you.

We want every Toddles book to arrive in perfect condition, and we'll make it right as quickly as we can.
