We take your privacy seriously. You have two options depending on what you'd like to remove.
Option 1: Remove personal data from a specific book
If you'd like us to remove the personal data associated with a specific book — including uploaded photos, character names, story content, and all generated illustrations — you can request this at any time, even after your book has been printed.
To make this request, email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used to place the order, and let us know you'd like the personal data removed from a specific book.
We'll process your request and send you confirmation once it's done.
Please note:
All uploaded photos, character names, story content, and generated illustrations will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
If you paid for the book, your non-sensitive order information (order number, payment status, and shipping details) will be retained for accounting and legal compliance. This will still appear on your dashboard with a note that personal data has been removed.
Any shared links to the book will immediately stop working.
Option 2: Delete your account and all data
If you'd like to delete your Toddles account entirely — including all books, drafts, and order history — you can request this by contacting us.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We'll process your request and confirm once your account and all associated data have been removed.
Please note: Full account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All books, order history, and uploaded content will be removed.
