We take your privacy seriously. You have two options depending on what you'd like to remove.
Option 1: Remove personal data from a specific book
If you'd like us to remove the personal data associated with a specific book — including uploaded photos, character names, story content, and all generated illustrations — you can request this at any time, even after your book has been printed.
To make this request, email us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used to place the order, and let us know you'd like the personal data removed from a specific book.
We'll process your request and send you confirmation once it's done.
Please note:
All uploaded photos, character names, story content, and generated illustrations will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
If you paid for the book, your non-sensitive order information (order number, payment status, and shipping details) will be retained for accounting and legal compliance. This will still appear on your dashboard with a note that personal data has been removed.
Any shared links to the book will immediately stop working.
Option 2: Delete your account and all data
If you'd like to delete your Toddles account entirely, including all your books and drafts, you can request this by contacting us.
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or reply to any message from us, and let us know you'd like your account deleted.
We'll process your request and confirm once it's done.
Please note:
Full account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will no longer be able to sign in, and all your books, uploaded photos, story content and illustrations will be removed.
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses are removed from your account, our order records, and our email and payment providers.
If you paid for an order, we keep an anonymous record of the transaction (amount, date and order number) for accounting and tax purposes. It no longer contains your name or contact details.
If you have an order that is still being made or delivered, we'll complete or cancel it first.
Any shared links to your books will stop working immediately.
We keep our support conversations with you, including your deletion request, as a record of what you asked and what we did.
